Shipping:
Gallery16 takes care in packing and shipping products. We partner with top shipping companies to deliver artworks to your doorstep. We also endeavor to keep you abreast of where your product is, and when its likely to reach you.

Your order will be delivered in not more than 15 working days. Sometimes, sooner too.

Order Status:
We will keep you posted about the status of your order. Alternatively you can write to us at info@gallery16.in

Returns:
We hope you love your art. Please note that Gallery16 original and licensed limited edition print artworks, so all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, or, if we’ve sent you the incorrect item, please contact us so we can help you.

Non-returnable items:
Artworks- Original or Limited Edition Prints
User damaged item.
Any art not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Cancellations (if applicable):

Cancellations will be accepted only if the order has not been processed from our end. You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by going to your Dashboard. Any amount you paid will be credited back to you.
